* Where the Parking Brake Shoes hit the top Pivot, the metal Pad Mount overlapped the Shoe Pivot. This was creating too much play in the Shoe Lever. We ground of the Web so there was no overlap and this took a lot of the play out of the Lever. Once we adjusted the Shoes the Parking Brake was holding well.
